Here at The Quarter Smith,
we pride ourselves on our shipping methods. We take
great lengths of care to make sure your item will
arrive to you exactly how it left our store. Each
item is specially wrapped and boxed to insure a
safe delivery.
For small items, we ship via UPS. Items under $500
dollars are shipped ground. Ground delivery usually
ranges from 3-5 working days.
For any items over $500, the item will be shipped
UPS overnight. All items shipped insured for their
full replacement value. Overnight delivery usually
is delivered by 3pm the following business day.
All larger items, (over 120 lbs, or 91 inches long)
will be shipped via LTL carrier. These items will
have to be crated, and usually will more expensive
to ship. Any of these large items will have an added
surcharge for residential delivery.
International shipments will all be handled by UPS
express. You will be responsible for any duties
required by your country.

Because the items we
sell are either handmade, or one of a kind, we make
every effort to have accurate and thorough information
for each piece. We reserve the right to make changes
to the site at any time.
Most items can be sent on a 48 hour approval basis.
We must have 2 credit cards on file for you. In
the event that you do not want the item, it must
be returned, along with the original packaging,
within 48 hours for a full credit, less shipping
and handling charges.

The Quarter Smith reserves the right to correct
any factual or pricing error on the website before
or after a transaction has been made. In the event
that a pricing error has occurred after an online
transaction has been made, we will notify you before
the item has been shipped, and before the card has
